You will receive an email with shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships. You should also receive a call or text within a couple days after shipping to schedule delivery. Please print a copy or have the confirmation available when your order arrives and check off every item on the list. Loose items such as filler or trim pieces are often consolidated into fewer boxes. Please notify the driver of any damaged or missing boxes BEFORE they leave and make sure they document it. Any undocumented missing or damaged items are subject to exclusion from warranty claims.
Please DO NOT refuse an order, even if there are missing or damaged items. Doing so will result in a 25% restocking fee along with return freight charges. Once your order is received and the driver has left, you have 7 days to open your boxes and report any damages. Instructions for doing so can be found at Damages & Replacements.
